Oh, I forgot to mention that this afternoon,
after like 3 whole hours of A maths lesson,
I went home and started watching television.


You know?
They're airing advertisements to encourage Singaporeans to have sex!
Yes. Make love, as well as babies.
Then they started comparing the birth rate from the past and today.
And they interviewed some Americans,
who happily boasted about having sex 5 times a day.
Not their fault though, they have a different culture.

They then start telling people about the consequences of not having enough babies,
like, there won't be enough NS men in future, and stuff like that.
Then, they interview some old aunty who like started crapping a lot.

But.. What's with the stupid advertisement?


Want to be world class in everything,
want people to work their arses off,
then want people to make more babies.

This is exactly like school.

Want superb academic results,
make students study their shit away,
then want outstanding results in co-curricular activities too.


They don't understand.
And I guess they never will.

Nobody's so perfect to be able to do well in both.
Perhaps a minority, but almost considered negligible.


Now I know where the school got its stupid ideas of
"Students must do well in everything! Throw all the shit to them! Die also nevermind! School get glory and honour can already!"


And yes, if you watch television, particularly Singapore shows,
be in dramas or variety shows,
you'll find that they're always speaking in a super retarded way lah!
And they're ALWAYS promoting Singlish.

Like, in one of the variety shows, this host, I don't know his name,
started acting like a damn gay when he's happily married lah.

WHAT'S THE POINT?
It's not funny, not entertaining,
It's pure stupidity.
Yet, the bloody loser thinks its super funny, super entertaining, and everyone likes seeing him act like a sissy boy.


WHAT THE FUCK.

Don't they always say, media has a huge influence on people?
Then they say we must speak good english?
Then, the media's contradicting the government is trying to promote!


This is going from pointless to even more pointlessness.

I'm super super irritated by these stupid Singaporean shows lah.
Especially variety shows. Particularly chinese ones.


No doubt. We all speak with LEH, LAH, LOH, and other stuff,
but on TELEVISION, they really shouldn't emphasize it lah.
They're seriously EXAGGERATING the use of Singlish,
and.. It just makes the hosts and actors look like clowns.


Then again, there's a reason why cable television exists.
